Philosophies & Beliefs

'The journey is what brings us happiness, not the destination.'

Dan Millman

I believe the key to living a happy and fulfilling life is spending as much time as possible working towards your passions and purpose while satisfying your values and needs.

My three key values are integrity, growth and kindness. Making sure that I align all my actions and decisions to them ensures that I'm being the man I want to be and living the life I believe in.

In today's world, society leads us to define our success by wealth and professional achievements. But to be truly successful, we have to look at life more holistically. When you make time for your health, meaningful relationships, passions and hobbies, fun and adventure, you will perform better and be more successful than you ever imagined.

Life is happening right now - we get one shot at it, which is why we need to find the courage and determination to prioritise the things that are really important to us and build them into our life.

I have been working for months to create a powerful tool to help you get a clear picture of how well you are doing this. I will share it with you soon, in the meantime, here are some perspectives to consider that have helped me live a successful and balanced life. They will help you too, if you apply them:

  • Everything’s a matter of perspective; choose the one that benefits you
  • Rather than criticising others, see what you can learn from them
  • Practice continuous self-improvement - Kaizen, in Japanese
  • The harder something is to do, the more you will gain from doing it
  • Always seek win-win outcomes - benefit yourself and others
  • Focus on working smarter, not harder
