How my coaching works
Unlike therapy, which often focuses on processing past emotions or trauma, coaching is practical, forward-focused, and action-oriented.
Think of it like going to the gym, but for your mind.
If you trained consistently with a personal trainer for three months, you’d naturally become fitter and stronger. Coaching works in a similar way.
With space to think, expert guidance, and accountability, you develop clearer thinking, healthier habits, and more intentional ways of living and working.
