Cherishing the Present Moment

'Be happy in the moment, that's enough. Each moment is all we need, not more.'
Mother Teresa.
Happy Valentine's Day!
Let's reflect on the most precious gift we can give our partners – the gift of being present.
In a world filled with constant hustle and bustle, taking the time to be fully present with our loved ones becomes a priceless gesture.
90% of my clients tell me when we being coaching that they want to feel more present with themselves, their partners and their families.
Today, let's focus on creating moments that are not just shared but truly experienced.
Here are three ideas for you.
💑 Unplug for Love
Step away from the screens and immerse yourselves in the beauty of each other's company. Turn off the notifications, silence the phones, and savour the joy of a genuine, uninterrupted conversation.
🌹 Heartfelt Conversations
Engage in conversations that go beyond the routine. Share your dreams, hopes, and fears. Make exciting future plans to spend meaningful time together. Be attentive to spoken words, and let your partner feel seen and heard. It's these moments of genuine connection that make your connection unique.
🎁 Present Presence
Remember, the most meaningful gifts are not always wrapped in glittering paper. Your undivided attention, smiles, and shared laughter are more rare and valuable than anything you can buy them. Give the gift of your presence, and watch your relationship flourish.
Have a great evening.

'I had a true breakthrough session with Simon. In just our first session together, he was able to identify the root fears blocking me and through his thought-provoking questions helped me come up with a solution to break that pattern.
I wasn't expecting this level of breakthrough in my first session with him, but was very pleasantly surprised! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM to help unlock your highest potential!'
