I've shared lots of ideas over the past 15 months to empower you to live a more healthy, balanced and fulfilling life.


From now on, I will be more targeted. More concise. More action-oriented. It will give you less to think about and more to apply. 


I will use the layout below to target one new behaviour each week, highlighting the benefits and mindset and supporting actions to help you achieve it.


New Behaviour


Go to sleep earlier - you may sound boring, but it can be exciting, and it will positively impact your life, as it has for many of my clients.

Necessary Mindsets


When I stay up late, I tend to use my time in unfulfilling ways, avoiding the following day and perpetuating an unhealthy cycle.

 
Going to bed earlier helps me be more healthy, happy, and productive. It allows me to perform my best and use my time in fulfilling ways. 


Supporting Actions


  • Make yourself accountable and get your partner on board - tell whoever you live with when you will start going to bed. 


  • Stay off your phone at least an hour before bed


  • Try reading a book


  • Try having a conversation and being present with your partner


  • Turn down the lights and set the mood for sleep


  • Remind yourself every evening why this is important
