Elevate your morning

'Take excellent care of the front end of your day, and the rest of your day will pretty much take care of itself. Own your morning. Elevate your life.'

Robin Sharma.

Current Reality

It's too easy to start your day by snoozing your alarm, rushing, launching into the day, and tackling work and responsibilities immediately. Or reacting to emails, social media, or notifications from the moment you wake up.

New Behaviour

Consciously start your day with something for YOU

Benefits

  • It will be easier to get out of bed - because you will want to.

  • It's good for your self-esteem - by prioritising yourself, you are signalling that you deserve prioritising.

  • You will start the day in a better mood, and your day will go better.

Necessary Mindset

By consciously starting my day with something for me, I set myself up for happiness and success.

By making time for myself and improving my mood, I positively impact the people closest to me.

Supporting Actions

  • Consider what would benefit you: exercise, yoga or stretching, meditation, reading, a short walk, spending time with a child or pet, journaling, or a self-care routine.

  • Set your intention the night before

  • Set a reminder in the morning

  • Reflect at the end of each week on how it benefited you to build the habit

  • Adapt to suit your needs.
