All you ultimately want is for yourself and those you love to be happy, right?


Yet many people fall into the trap of always putting others first, to the detriment of their own health, well-being or personal needs. Or they put their careers first - chasing 'success', while sacrificing happiness - as I discussed last week.


What people often forget is that the happier they are, the happier they make the people they love. 


Happiness is a huge subject, one I've studied a for a long time. In nut shell happiness doesn't come from one thing - it doesn't come from short term indulgences, exercise, food, travel, money, good health, spending time loved ones or working towards your purpose in life...


It comes from the right combination of all the things you need!
