One small step... that can change your life.

'Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out.'

Robert Collier

If you make one important change to your behaviour, it can make a huge change to your life.

That's what my client, Peter did. After our second coaching session in my Empower Yourself Programme he sent me this WhatsApp message:

'Hey Simon, thanks again for our session today, really enjoyed it and am really enjoying all the work that we are doing together at the moment, it’s making a real difference and I can feel/see the results already 👍🏼

Quick little share with you, after our session today I decided to set myself a challenge of getting 3 things done I had been putting off all week by 5.30 and then jumping on the bike for a spin. Decisive, intentional action brought positive results, and I’m now rolling into the weekend feeling happy with my week and excited for the weekend. This is huge for me, so I wanted to share that with you, it’s a great feeling.

Not expecting any reply here, have a great weekend and looking forward to going again on Monday. All the best 👍🏼'

If you feel tired, stressed, bored, unhealthy, unmotivated, or unfulfilled by work or life, it may seem like one big problem that you don't know how to fix or where to start.

But, when you break these feelings down into smaller parts, you will find the root cause. Then you can make one change that will have a HUGE impact on your life.

It could be people pleasing, perfectionism, self-doubt, imposter syndrome, low self-worth, risk adversity, fear of judgement, the need for control - the list goes on…

For Peter it was perfectionism. Using mental tools to overcome this in his mind, and practical tools to create change in his life created significant and rapid results (in a few weeks).

Whatever the root cause of your struggles, when you identify it and take informed actions - creating change is likely to be straightforward, fast, and enjoyable.
