'Yesterday is gone. Tomorrow has not come yet. We have only today. Let us begin.'

A more balanced and fulfilling life equals a more fulfilling and intimate relationship.
When you improve your work-life balance, you will be able to invest in your romantic relationship.
You will:
All of these things build trust and connection, which you don't need me to tell you, and improves romance and intimacy.
When was the last time you left a love note for your partner?
Okay, I'm not saying you have to make a heart out of peanuts with jelly bears inside AND leave a cute note as my amazing girlfriend did the other day (xx).
But... It's important to consistently make an effort.
If you are overly focused on work - whether it be the next promotion, pay rise or goal, office gossip, stress or deadlines - you are under-prioritising the person who matters most. So how can you expect to have an exciting, romantic and intimate relationship?
I challenge you to make more thoughtful and romantic gestures:
Make the time in space to do these things regularly - don't view them as luxuries but as essential components, of a successful, happy and fulfilling romantic partnership.
If you don't have time or head space for this; you can either accept the impact it's having on your relationship, or you can learn to create more balance in your life enabling you to reignite the romance.
The choice is yours
