How to live consciously, work less & achieve more!

99-SECOND READ

"In the end, it's not the years in your life that count. It's the life in your years."

Abraham Lincoln

Because life is precious, I believe we should embrace this gift and make the most out of it. To me, that means not wasting it feeling unfulfilled, unhealthy or cruising through it on autopilot.

Do you wake up smiling? Do you feel calm, grateful and excited for the day ahead, 7 days a week?

You might think this sounds too good to be true… But trust me, it's very possible! The good news is, just working towards your goals improves your life and elevates your happiness because humans are naturally fulfilled by learning and working towards goals!

My mission is to help millions of people live consciously so that they can live more healthy, balanced and fulfilling lives.

When you bring your unconscious into your conscious, you become aware of the fears, doubts and insecurities that hold you back from the life you want.

Real-Life Example:

One of my clients had a great job as a VP at a top bank, but they were working 90+ hours a week. They had barely any time to see family, friends, or do exercise, and they couldn’t switch off at the weekend. Through our conversations, my client realised that because they felt they didn't fit in, they constantly tried to prove themselves to win the respect of their colleagues and earn their place at the table. With this awareness, we explored their true value, and they were able to let go of the insecurity that caused this behaviour. It allowed them to set boundaries, begin declining calls at the weekend and let go of the need to pick up every new project that came their way. They reclaimed time to spend doing the things they value, which allowed them to feel more relaxed and confident, and within weeks of working less… they were even offered a promotion.

The best way to become more aware of the fears, doubts and insecurities that are holding you back is to have a conversation about your challenges with someone you trust. Be open, explore and reflect.

You can use these questions as prompts:

  • What do you want to achieve/change?
  • What would it take to do that?
  • What do you fear will happen if you do this?
  • What's really holding you back?
  • What do you think other people will make of this?

I hope you found this useful, and if you did, please share it with anyone you think will benefit.
