How to improve your life.

99-SECOND READ

'Investing in yourself is the best investment you can make. It will not only improve your life, it will improve the lives of those around you.'

Robin Sharma

Trying to overcome challenges that repeatedly show up in your life on your own can be like trying to fix your car without a mechanic (unless you happen to be one).

I'm referring to things such as long-term stress, constant overworking, rushing or neglecting your self-care.

If your car breaks down, you can't fix it until you know WHY it happened. You can't fix these problems until you know WHY you have them.

That’s where life coaches come in…

Where mechanics understand how cars work, we understand how people work. Where mechanics have wrenches and parts, we have mind tools, solutions and processes.

Mechanics know how to find out why the car broke down; we know how to find out why you have your challenges.

When the mechanic knows what's going on with your car, they can use the right tools to fix it. When you and your coach learn what's going on in your mind, you can use the right process to overcome your challenges.

Example:

Many people find themselves working hard, always rushing, working late, and cramming more into their work or personal life. They read books, they try time management techniques, they try to delegate, set timers, prioritise better, and they download apps. But these things don’t work, because they are only addressing the symptoms, not the cause of the problem.

It's like trying to fix your broken-down car by pushing it.

Through coaching, you will learn the cause of your challenges and then you will gain the right framework to address them. The only way you will understand how this works is to have a Breakthrough Call to learn the cause of your problems and therefore what tools you need to fix them.

You can apply for a call here.

Incidentally, when people have a problem with their car, they tend to deal with it much sooner than when they have a problem in their life. We get our cars routinely MOT'd and serviced, imagine what the world would be like if everyone did that with their life…

But, some people do invest in themselves, and of course, their proverbial cars run well and their journey is smoother.

If you want to join those people, it starts with a conversation.
