Simon has handpicked and trained a specialist team of experienced coaches who work alongside him to support clients.
Each coach brings their own strengths and experience and is trained in the same coaching approach that underpins our work.
This allows us to support a wider range of clients while maintaining the same depth, quality and care in every coaching relationship.
Simon works with a limited number of clients each year, while many clients work with one of our senior coaches.
All clients benefit from the same philosophy, coaching principles and commitment to creating meaningful, lasting change.
