That’s why I carefully built a team of exceptional coaches around my approach. Each coach brings their own strengths, personality, and experience, while sharing the same principles and standards that underpin my work.

He has worked in coaching, counselling, leadership and consultancy roles across various boardroom, non-profit, healthcare and grassroots contexts. Joseph's clients describe profound shifts in how they think, feel, act and make decisions.


Following an ADHD diagnosis in recent years, Joseph has evolved his coaching practice to include specific programmes for neurodivergent people.

Dr Jeevan trained at the University of Cambridge, where he completed a Medical Doctorate and a Masters in Physiology, Development and Neuroscience.


He previously worked as a doctor in the NHS and has authored research on sleep, mental health and addictive behaviours, giving him a deep understanding of how the brain and behaviour shape long-term change.
