Who is James?
Ashleigh is an ICF-accredited coach with a unique background spanning financial services, international invoicing, finance strategy, operations and management consultancy. She understands first-hand what it’s like to operate in high-pressure environments with constant expectations and responsibility.
She now works with professionals who feel mentally stretched, emotionally drained, or unsure of their next step. Many of her clients are capable, ambitious people who appear fine on the surface but internally feel anxious, disconnected, or stuck in self-doubt.
